Technical Support
Responsibilities :
Manage domain registration, DNS configuration and technical auditing.
Diagnosing and repairing faults related to website.
Assist client’s in installing third-party plugin related issues.
Troubleshooting for the corporate’s and clients’ websites technical issues.
Following up with clients actively to ensure the issue is resolved.
Provide regular maintenance and health check for the corporate and clients’ websites.
Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve various technical issues.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Information Systems or Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Solid understanding of WordPress CMS, web development, maintenance and technical support practices.
Support areas include cPanel, network connectivity, PHP, MySQL (install/update), DNS and hosting package installation.
Good strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve various technical issues.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin).
Good team player, positive attitude, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
