Software Sales Representative

Job Description :

tick    Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
tick    Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
tick    Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
tick    Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
tick    Customer-oriented at all times to retain clients and improve sales revenue and respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
tick    Conduct cold calling to create interest in IT products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
tick    Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales, and preparing regular sales reports for management.
tick    Provide technical advice on software solutions and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
tick    Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
tick    Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
tick    Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
tick    Assemble product displays in each market and determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

Requirements :

tick  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, account management or related subject, or comparable combination of education and experience.
tick  A Computer Science graduate is a plus.
tick  At least 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar position responsible.
tick  Outstanding communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
tick  Deep understanding of various sales practices (cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales).
tick  Proficient in MS Office.
tick  Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
tick  Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
tick  Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns.
tick  Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
