Software Sales Representative
Job Description :
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Customer-oriented at all times to retain clients and improve sales revenue and respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
Conduct cold calling to create interest in IT products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales, and preparing regular sales reports for management.
Provide technical advice on software solutions and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
Assemble product displays in each market and determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, account management or related subject, or comparable combination of education and experience.
A Computer Science graduate is a plus.
At least 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar position responsible.
Outstanding communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of various sales practices (cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales).
Proficient in MS Office.
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns.
Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
