SEO Project Manager

Responsibilities :

   Act as the primary contact for SEO clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
   Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
   Coordinate and delegate tasks to SEO specialists, content writers, and technical team members.
   Conduct regular SEO audits and analyses to monitor client website performance and growth.
   Provide insightful SEO performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
   Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to best SEO practices.
   Stay informed on industry changes and proactively adjust client strategies accordingly.
   Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high client retention and satisfaction rates.
   Support the sales team in creating proposals and attending meetings for potential new clients.
   Facilitate internal knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team performance and SEO expertise.

Requirements :

   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
   Proven experience in managing client accounts, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing environment.
   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
   Ability to analyse data, interpret SEO performance metrics and communicate insights clearly.
   Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
   Team player who can collaborate effectively with various internal departments.
   Bonus if the candidate has a strong knowledge of SEO and experience with other digital marketing channels (SEM, PPC, social media).
