Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and explore new market opportunities and target client segments to drive growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
Monitor key sales metrics and compile detailed reports to track progress and outcomes.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize sales approaches.
Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales contracts, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
Provide valuable market feedback to guide product and service enhancements.
Maximize resource utilization to achieve revenue targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
