Responsibilities :

tick  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals.
tick  Identify and explore new market opportunities and target client segments to drive growth.
tick  Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.
tick  Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
tick  Monitor key sales metrics and compile detailed reports to track progress and outcomes.
tick  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize sales approaches.
tick  Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
tick  Address client concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
tick  Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales contracts, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
tick  Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
tick  Provide valuable market feedback to guide product and service enhancements.
tick  Maximize resource utilization to achieve revenue targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements :

tick  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
tick  Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
tick  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
tick  Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
tick  Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
