Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities :

tick   Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, advertising to promote the company’s services, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
tick   Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
tick   Coordinate social media campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities.
tick   Grow new business demand, nurture sales-qualified leads, drive repeat sales.
tick   Support internal branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
tick   Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
tick   Act as the main point of contact for marketing-related projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
tick   Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and capabilities, enhancing customer satisfaction.
tick   Prepare marketing proposals, strategies, and campaign plans tailored to business needs.
tick   Participate in client or stakeholder meetings to provide marketing insights and recommendations.
tick   Assist in refining marketing SOPs to improve workflow, service offerings, and overall efficiency.

Requirements :

tick   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
tick   Minimum of 2-5 years in a marketing role
tick   Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
tick   Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
tick   Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
tick   Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
tick   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
tick   Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity.
tick   Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
tick   Innovative and detail-oriented with a creative approach to marketing strategies.
tick   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
