Responsibilities
Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance growth and expansion, including identifying new market prospects and potential business alliances.
Supervise and direct sales operations, establishing sales targets, tracking performance, and ensuring sales objectives are achieved or surpassed.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, comprehending their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team, providing guidance and support to promote high performance and professional growth.
Compile and deliver regular reports on branch performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Generate new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
Develop and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
Expand the KL division, enhancing its market footprint and operational capabilities.
Devise strategies to broaden business direction, aligning with overarching company goals and objectives.
Establish and grow network, forming and maintaining relationships with industry contacts and potential partners.
Requirements :
A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
Ability to formulate and execute strategic initiatives.
