Business Administrator
Responsibilities :
Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations.
Identify the corporate’s short-term and long-term business goals.
Collaborate with human resources teams in reorganize or hire staff.
Manage budget and expenses of each department.
Preparing reports and project documentation.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
Working experience as Business Administrator or similar role will be prioritized.
Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and mission-driven.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and able to work in a team.
