Marketing Executive
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s services, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
Formulate marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional plans.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels such as blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website, ensuring brand messaging consistency.
Curate creative content with high-profile keywords to enhance client engagement and profile building.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate leads.
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand’s values and positioning.
Implement strategies to engage potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities through targeted marketing efforts.
Lead and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and capabilities, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years in a marketing role
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Innovative and detail-oriented with a creative approach to marketing strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
