SEM Specialist / Google Ad Specialist

Responsibilities :

tick   Manage paid campaigns on Google and other marketing engines (search campaigns, display campaigns, video campaigns etc).
tick   Conduct detailed SEM keyword research and analysis reports for relevant departments.
tick   Execute tests, track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and paid search campaigns to identify market trends.
tick   Develop and implement SEM strategies that align with organizational goals to optimize the ROI for both VeecoTech’s and client’s websites in paid search campaigns.
tick  Manage the optimisation of ad copy and landing pages for paid SEM campaigns.
tick  Research and analyze competitors’ advertising links.
tick  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM.
tick  Effectively oversee paid search budgets and campaign expenses.
tick  Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements :

tick   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management or equivalent.
tick   Proven expertise in advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
tick   Advanced proficiency in utilizing keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and bid management tools like Acquisio, Kenshoo, etc
tick   Experienced in utilizing analytics tools, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
tick   Proficient in performance marketing, with expertise in conversion optimization and online customer acquisition.
tick   Expertise in planning and executing multichannel campaigns, integrating search strategies with other digital marketing channels.
tick   Knowledgeable in A/B testing and multivariate analysis methodologies.
tick   Strong logical thinking, analysis ability and great research skills.
tick   Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
tick   Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin)
tick   Self-motivated and dedicated.
tick   Relevant certifications in Google Ads and other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
tick   Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
tick   Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
tick   Position available in Penang & Kuala Lumpur.
